Scene 17: Lights. Camera. Twin Cities. The cameras are rolling on the next “scene” of the Twin Cities Film Fest. From October 15–24, 2026, TCFF returns for its 17th year—bringing filmmakers, audiences and communities together for ten days of powerful independent cinema and unforgettable shared experiences.
This is more than a festival. It’s where new voices find their audience, compelling stories take center stage and the Twin Cities come alive through the power of film.
