That's the premise of SCREAM it off SCREEN, the film party where audience members wield Gong Show-like editorial powers via their screams of praise or dissatisfaction — and each month, the merits of 15 short films are weighed via trial-by-verbal-combat, as their creators compete for cash prizes.
