BIPOC zine meetup before Midwest Queer Trans Zine Fest. A chance to gather, hang out with people who like zines, and PANIC FOLD before the fest.
You know how it is... You thought you had everything you needed and then the night before the zine fest you realize... you haven't folded/stapled/printed the zine you need! This event is for PANIC FOLDING! This event isn't for starting a brand new project, or getting a lot of help on producing a complicated print job. There will be a signup for using the photocopiers, and we ask that you keep your fellow panic folders in mind when you sign up to print a project! (The most efficient use of the space is to bring in a hardcopy of your project to photocopy!)
Meeting at WIP in South Minneapolis: there are staplers, bone folders, photocopiers, and scanners available if you need to do some last-minute zineing. (You pay for paper and copies, see wipmpls.com for prices, accessibility, and equipment.)
Masks are required and provided.
